How long will it take?
The session/s can take between 3—8 hours overall as an estimate for most parties before reaching a mutually beneficial agreement, however the length of the mediation is dependant on the number of decisions that need to be worked out; and the motivation of the parties to work with each other.

Mediation is a voluntary process. Parties participating in mediation need to do so as a choice they have made.
Mediation is a confidential process. Anything which is said or information provided during the session cannot be used at a later stage in legal proceedings. Mediators cannot be called as a witness by either party.
Mediation ensures that you have the power over your future. All solutions regarding any disputes, and decisions made will be personal and unique to all parties' best interest. Mediation specifically allows for creative and unique solutions. It is not limited by decisions that lawyers and judges would make based on traditional thinking.
